Privacy and Policy

Meaning of terms and conditions in this agreement are set out below;
“Subscriber” includes any person, individual or institution who may use this software for Land purchase.
“The Company” means Dream City HES Ltd.
“ODR” means Online Dispute Resolution.
“Admin” means an Administrator in charge of the App.
“Agent” includes a third party who introduce sucbscriber or buyer with an objective earning a commission.
THIS AGREEMENT sets out the terms and conditions under which Subscriber may utilize the Service.
Please read THIS AGREEMENT carefully.

BY CLICKING ON THE “I AGREE” BUTTON OR A SIMILAR AFFIRMATION, OR BY ACKNOWLEDGING ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT BY ANY OTHER METHOD REPRESENTING A SUBSCRIBERCONSENT TO THE TERMS OF USE, OR BY USING OR ACCESSING THE SERVICE VIA A COMPUTER OR A MOBILE APPLICATION, SUBSCRIBERACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT: (I) IT HAS REVIEWED AND UNDERSTANDS THE AGREEMENT; (II) IT AGREES TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT; AND (III) ITS USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE GOVERNED BY THIS AGREEMENT.

If A Subscriber does not agree or is not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of THIS AGREEMENT, the Subscriber should not click on the “I AGREE” button and should not seek to or use the Service.

Pursuant to Section of the agreement, the Subscriber agrees to resolve any disputes with Dream City HES Ltd by binding, dispute resolution, that will be provided by Dream City HES Ltd and the Subscriber waives its right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Subscriber’s Capacity and Authority.

   The subscriber represents that the person executing this agreement is 18 years and above and accordingly is in the right frame of mind to accept the terms and conditions set out in this agreement

2. Fees and Payment (Terms & Conditions)

   This service consist of a payment platform, and a service API to be supplied by a reputable and reliable corporate pay service provider to be determined from time to time by Dream City HES Ltd .

   Dream City HES Ltd is not responsible for charges the Subscriber may incur in connection with the payments (such as transaction, overdraft or interest fees and charges).
