Everything you need to know about investing in Palm Wealth Estate.
You purchase a plot of land within Palm Wealth Estate. We plant, maintain, and harvest palm trees on your behalf. From Year 4 onward, we deduct verified operating costs from the gross income, and you receive 70% of the Net Profit.
Palm trees typically start producing Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) in Year 3, with full production from Year 4. Your first profit share will be paid after the first harvest in Year 4. Harvests occur 2–3 times per year.
Gross Revenue (tonnage × NIFOR benchmark price) minus Verified Operating Costs (receipt-backed expenses for your plot) = Net Profit. You receive 70% of Net Profit, and Dreamcity HES Ltd retains 30% as the management fee.
The minimum investment is ₦600,000 for the Starter package (7 trees). We have packages to suit every budget.
